1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a pl999 account or who otherwise accesses or uses any pl999 service.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player through the pl999 registration process.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash benefit granted by pl999 to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, cockfighting streams, lottery draws, and any other wagering activities offered through pl999.
• "Services" means the totality of all products, Games, banking tools, support functions, and other features accessible through pl999.win.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency in which pl999 Accounts are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum multiple of a Bonus amount that a Player must wager on eligible Games before the Bonus or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the pl999 registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox presented during onboarding, or by otherwise accessing and using the pl999 platform after these Terms have been published, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with pl999 on the basis of these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the pl999 platform and close your Account by contacting support. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any pl999 Service. pl999 will conduct age verification checks during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all transactions will be voided, and any funds deposited by the minor will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

pl999 operates primarily to serve players in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pl999 makes no representation that access to or use of its Services is legal in all locations.

3.3 Capacity

You represent and warrant that you are of sound mind, that you are not acting under duress, and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You also confirm that you are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by pl999 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a pl999 Account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password meeting the minimum security criteria, and accurate date-of-birth information. You must also confirm your agreement to these Terms and your eligibility under Section 3.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to notify pl999 promptly of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your mobile number. pl999 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.

4.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active pl999 Account. The existence of multiple Accounts attributable to the same individual — whether identified through shared payment methods, device fingerprinting, IP analysis, or identity document matching — will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and the suspension of any associated Balances pending investigation.

4.4 Account Transferability

pl999 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with your Account or any right arising from it. Any purported transfer will be void and the Account subject to immediate closure.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pl999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pl999 will never ask for your password in any communication.

In the event that you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pl999 support immediately via live chat. pl999 will take prompt steps to secure the Account, including mandatory password reset and temporary suspension of withdrawals pending investigation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

pl999 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL bank transfer, HBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and pl999 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or Raast is 500 PKR. The minimum deposit via UBL, HBL, or MCB Bank transfer is 1,000 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard Accounts; high-volume players should contact support to discuss VIP arrangements.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (UBL, HBL, MCB) are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding 5,000,000 PKR are subject to a routine security review that may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.

6.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. pl999 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of any deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account or methods that have been verified by pl999 support. pl999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods held in names other than the Account holder's registered name.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by pl999 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement for each Bonus is stated in the relevant promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from a Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pl999 reserves the right to void any Bonus and any winnings derived from it where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on games that contribute a lower percentage toward wagering requirements than the Bonus strategy implies, or any other conduct that pl999 reasonably determines to be an exploitation of its promotional terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Unclaimed expired Bonuses will be removed from your Account without notice.

8. Gameplay Rules

All Games offered through pl999 operate in accordance with the individual game rules published by the relevant game provider. By playing any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game round, pl999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to your Balance.

pl999 game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or game round.

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are fixed. pl999 reserves the right to void any sports bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl999 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and where applicable referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any Game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any Game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering or using pl999 to process the proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation
• Making chargebacks or reversals on legitimate deposits
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pl999 support staff or other players
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Opening a new Account after a self-exclusion has been applied to a prior Account

10. Responsible Gaming

pl999 is committed to the welfare of all its players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within the Account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be reduced without a waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Daily and weekly caps on net losses. Sessions are paused automatically when a loss limit is reached.
• Session Reminders: On-screen alerts configurable at 30, 60, and 90-minute intervals.

11. Intellectual Property

Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to pl999 for display on the platform. All provider trademarks, logos, and game assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pl999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. pl999 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pl999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy & Data

pl999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pl999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pl999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the pl999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to pl999's operating jurisdiction under its international gambling licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through pl999's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

To submit a formal complaint, contact pl999 support via live chat with a clear description of your complaint, the relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation. pl999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism specified in pl999's operating licence.
